Before bed or at least one hour before shampooing,
- Shake well and warm oil in your palms,
- Massage 1-2 tablespoons of oil into your scalp before working the rest into your hair through to the ends,
- Wrap your hair in a hot towel or tie in up for a minimum of 30 minutes or more if possible,
- Wash out any unabsorbed treatment with shampoo.
For optimal results use 2 times a week.
